Sauce Flush Noodle Recipe #Ramadhanrecipe
For those of
you lovers of noodles, it seems appropriate to cook this one recipe. Basic
ingredients are only noodles and sardines that you can get in the store or
mini-market. Seasoning is quite easy to obtain.
Sardines
that contain fish have a high nutrient is good for our body, while noodles that
contain carbohydrates can instead of rice.
Sauce Flush
Noodle is perfect for you to serve at the family table, please refer to the
recipe below;
Material:
•
200 grams of egg noodles
•
2 tbsp oil for sauteing
•
3 pieces of red onion, finely chopped
•
2 pieces of grilled herb, puree
•
4 pieces of dried red pepper, finely crushed
•
1 tsp sugar
•
1 cm galangal, crushing
•
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
•
1 lemongrass, take the whiteness, crush
•
150 gr sardine, separate the fish and water
•
1 orange juice, squeeze the water
•
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
•
10 pieces of mushroom, thinly sliced
Complementary:
•
Fried onions to taste
•
1 spring onion, thinly sliced
How to make:
1.
Boil egg noodles until soft and cooked. Drain.
2.
Heat oil, saute onion, hazelnut, dried red chili
and sugar until fragrant. Add galangal, turmeric powder and lemon grass.
3.
Pour sardines, lemon juice and tomato sauce.
Cook down to a quarter. Add mushrooms and sardines, stir well until cooked.
Lift.
4.
Place the noodles in a plate sahi, flush with
sardines. Sprinkle with fried onions and leeks. Serve.
