Chicken Semur Recipe Recipes

Material:

How to make:

  • First Spread the chicken with lime. let stand for 15 minutes then rinse

  • Then lift the chicken after the meat is soft and fry until the chicken is slightly brownish yellow, drain.
  • Saute onions, garlic and onions until fragrant, then enter the ginger and cinnamon, lime leaves, bay leaves
  • Enter the water and add soy sauce and powdered nutmeg Cook water until boiling.
  • Enter the chicken that has been fried earlier.
  • Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Cook until soy sauce seep into the chicken and serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
